Nails Of The Day! Half Moon Nail Design! Contrasting Colors!

I love this Half moon Shape Nail Design. I think they are fun, yet simple and classy.

The Nail polish I used:
Sally Hansen- Tickled Pink
Pac Sun Polish called Poppy.

I love contrasting colors. The pink has a cool undertone and the Gold has a warm undertone, so they contrast nice. I love doing this with my clothes and nails too!

See you later lovelies!

Colgate SlimSoft VoxBox Review! Free products From Influenster!

I wanted to share an amazing site that lets you receive products to review!  Here's what I received from Influenster, and my honest review of the products!

Check out Influenster!
http://www.Influenster.com

I just received a  Colgate SlimSoft VoxBox. I received a Colgate SlimSoft toothbrush,  Colgate Total Advanced Toothpaste and Colgate Total Advanced Mouthwash.

The Slimsoft toothbrush is very soft but powerful. The shape allows me to reach in the back. I love it!

The Colgate Advanced Total Mouthwash is one of the best because it has every benefit you need. It keeps my breath fresh for longer.

The Colgate Advanced Toothpaste has all the benefits you need. What I like about it the most is how well it cleans my teeth, but its also sensitive at the same time. A lot of toothpastes burn my mouth, but this one doesn't.

I would highly recommended these products. Colgate has been my favorite brand for years!

Also, go check out influenster if you would like to receive full products like these to review!

DIY Nail Dotting Tool! + Some simple items you can use for Quick Easy Nail Art!

Doing my nails is definitely not my strong point. I love wearing nailpolish, but I normally can't get too fancy with it since I'm not that good at painting them.
This is why I love dotting tools. You don't have to be good at it. They do all the work for you. They make perfect dots and its so simple. I didn't have a dotting tool, so I decided to make my own!
All you need is a Bobby pin. You can also use a Q-Tip, I just didnt have any. Dip the end of the pin into your nailpolish and dot unto your nail.
There are tons of designs you can make with this. I decided to keep it quick and simple. I did some dots along the tips of my nail, right down the center and then I did some all over.

The next thing used to help make a design was some masking tape. I cut a peice off and stuck it on the corner of my counter. Then cut a triangle out of the middle. I stuck it to my nail and used it as a stencil to paint a triangle.
So easy! If you're trangle isn't completely straight, just go back over the outside of your triangle with your base color to straighten them.

The last thing I did was a half moon shape on my pinkie nail. This was so easy. I just used the tape again and stuck it over 2/3 of the nail and painted the rest. I then used my nail brush to round off the edges so they went in a curve instead of a straight line. If you don't have a nail brush you can use a flat makeup brush.

The Easiest Way To Make A Mocha at Home!

Here's how I like to make my Mocha at home!

-Get a Coffee cup and fill it about 3/4 with water.

-Heat the water up in the microwave for 1 minute.

-Put around 1tbsp of instant coffee in the hot water, I like Folgers Instant coffee, or you could even use 1 actual kitchen spoonful.

-Take any brand of Hot Coco mix, I like SWISS MISS, and put about 3/4 of one package Into your coffee cup.

-Then add about 1/4 cup Milk.

ALL DONE!

Now Enjoy your quick and easy Mocha! xxErika

BH Cosmetics 26 Color Neutral Eyeshadow and Blush Pallet. 12 pc pink Brush Set. Review!

Bh Cosmetics 26 Neutral Eyeshadow and Blush Pallet- This is an amazing pallet. I always review things I like and give my honest opinion! I cannot stress enough how great this is!  I bought this for $11. There was a sale on it. Its originally $20, but they almost always have a sale going on. The sale for this pallet right now is $14.
The shades are so pigmented and they have a great variety of mattes and shimmer. I even found a few MAC dupes! There is a dupe for Coppering,  Trax and Satin Taupe!
The blushes are very nice. The only blush with low pigmentation is the lightest shade. You can use that one as a highlighter!

Bh Cosmetics 12 pc Pink Brush Set- I was so suprised at how good these brushes were for only costing $14. Makeup brushes are pretty expensive and you are getting a good bit for a decent price. They are soft, very durable and I love how they apply. I would highly recommend these, especially if you are on a budget and want to get the best brushes for the lost price.
I wanted to see what all the hype was about and if bh cosmetics was worth it...and YES they are!

MAC Coppering Eyeshadow is this coppery/orange shade with shimmer in it. This eyeshadow really makes blue eyes pop!
Copper/Orange eyeshadows are sopose to be a big trend this fall 2013. I just recently purchased the BH Cosmetics 26 neutral eyehsadow and blush pallet for only $11. In this pallet there is a dupe for Coppering,  so if you're on a budget I would suggest checking it out because you will get more for your money. Coppering is $15 in the pot form and $11 in the pan form.

The pigmentation is really nice. Its soft and smooth.
I love putting Coppering all over the lid and blended in the crease, then I take Coffee eye pencil and apply it to the lash line and blend it up into the Coppering.

NARS Sin Blush Photos&Cheek Swatch!

NARS Sin is one of my favorite blushes of all time. I find myself reaching for this blush more than any other. This shade ends up going well with so many different makeup looks.
Sin is a plum color with fine gold shimmer running through it. It is absolutely beautiful. The quality of NARS blush is great. The texture is so smooth and very easy to blend. It doesn't go patchy on the skin. I feel like this blush looks expensive. I love it.
0.16oz of product for $28
You can purchase at:
http://www.narscosmetics.com

-If you're wondering, I'm wearing MAC Rebel lipstick in the photo and Naked Lunch on the inner part of lids and inner corner. Then Satin Taupe on the outer parts of the eye and lower lashline.

Check out the swatches and let me know what you think!
